Royal Oolong

Origin: Oolong from Dong Ding, Taiwan.
Tasting Notes: Toast, apple, burnt sugar
Harvest season: Spring 2023

Royal oolong is from a biodynamic farm in Dong Ding region in Taiwan. We have been getting a small batch of this tea every year from a tea roaster. The tea roaster has done amazing roasting to these leaves grown and harvested under optimal conditions. We absolutely love the roasting done to this tea, which made the tea full and rich, and yet still smooth and surprisingly harmonious.
