Honey Oolong 密香烏龍

Origin: Oolong from Pinglin, Taiwan.
Tasting Notes: Lemongrass, pomelo, elderflower honey
Harvest season: Spring 2022

Honey oolong is from the biodynamic farm. The tea roaster decided to experiment on doing a very mild roasted oolong, which turns out the tea has a very charming honey aroma. We love this tea so much not just for the taste of it, but it feels like is a tea that can soothe your soul on any day.
