Da Yu Ling is a very prestigious tea. It is the highest elevation tea growing region in Taiwan. The government has been reclaiming land of Da Yu Ling tea farms since 2014. Since then, the production of Da Yu Ling has dropped dramatically. A lot of our tea lovers were sadden that we discontinued our previous Da Yu Ling due to the fact that the farmer lost the tea farm in 2018. After years of searching, one of our farmers shares his own stash with us, which is from his friend’s farm at around 2300m elevation. This incredible tea showcases the characteristics of Da Yu Ling as the highest elevation Taiwanese oolong: very clean, soft, and airy.

Tasting Note: Light spiced, molasses, pomelo, creamy
Harvest season: 2025 Spring
Alishan is a high elevation tea region in Taiwan that well known for the oolong tea. Yet in recent years, some farmers also produce black tea using the oolong cultivar which makes the black tea slightly different from traditional black teas. We are in love with this particular Alishan Black Tea because it’s so elegant. It has very nice honey-like sweetness and very smooth to drink. It is also very soft and well-balanced. This is definitely a black tea you can enjoy even during the warmer weather.

Shan Lin Xi Oolong has an exquisite high mountain taste. It has very clean and refreshing aroma. The taste profile is rich with notes of flowers, tropical fruits, and buttery sweet flavor. This tea is brisk and smooth.

This comforting black tea is made using high mountain leaves from Taiwan, producing an exceptionally rich and thick brew. A lightly oxidized high mountain oolong tea from Lishan mountain range in Taiwan. Lishan or Pear Mountain boasts some of the tallest peaks in Taiwan and the conditions are ideal for growing tea. The high elevation presents itself in the golden brews of this tea. Incredibly aromatic from the first cup, each infusion is thick, creamy, and robust. Each infusion of this tea is as enjoyable as eating fruits in the peak of their season, layer by layer, savoring the richness as it coats the mouth as the briskness of the high mountains flows through.

This Yu Shan Oolong is grown at 1800 meters at Yu Shan (Jade Mountain), the highest mountain in Taiwan. The tea leaves are thick and juicy, which create a remarkably unique flavor for this tea. The golden yellow brew has a refreshing aroma of spring breeze, along with the taste of the forest, pine cone, and sweet corn. This tea is also very creamy, rounded, and has a sweet long lasting finish.
