Hadong Hwang Cha is a Korean semi oxidized tea. It’s almost like a lighter black tea but very delicate. The farmer only makes tea once a year in the early spring, when he believes the leaves are at the best condition. He takes a lot of care when he processes his tea and you can really tell by looking at the leaves as well.
