Da Yu Ling is an exceptional High Mountain oolong tea from the mountains of Taiwan above 2200m. One of the most prized high mountain oolong, Da Yu Ling is a rich, lightly oxidized oolong that produces a mellow, creamy, golden brew. The slightly floral aftertaste lingers in the back of the throat long after each cup and as such is a beautiful tea to slow down with. The longevity of the tea is unmatched, easily giving many brews more than other high mountain oolongs.
