This Huang Guan Yin cliff tea, or rock tea (yancha) is made in the traditional style and heavily roasted. Two years of resting has mellowed the roast to a intense sweetness that accents the fruity flavors of this lovely cliff tea. Initial baked longan fruitiness dances alongside deep florals atop a minerally base that cliff teas are famous for. Warm, dynamic, and vibrant. This tea is a treat for the Winter.
