Out of the teas offered by Wistaria, the two teas that often catch people's eyes are the 2007 Red Mark and Blue Mark, named after the famous cakes from the 1950s. These legendary cakes are often hailed as the holy grail of Puerh, serving as landmark experiences where one could experience the full prowess of aged Puerh.

Wistaria's 2007 Red Mark and Blue Mark are no simple attempts to recreate these landmark cakes -- after all, they are the culmination of Master Zhou Yu's long experience with the two legends. Nine years in, their characters are very distinct -- one offering bright sunshine and red fruit with a deep sweetness and warmth, while the other offers a compression of flavors and sensations that slowly release over the session.
