October 16 marks the 12th anniversary of our tea shop — a journey steeped in passion, craftsmanship, and countless shared cups.

Since our beginning, we’ve been devoted to sourcing and sharing artisanal teas from Taiwan, China, and Korea, connecting people through the quiet beauty found in every brew. Every tea we’ve shared and every cup of tea you’ve enjoyed have shaped our story.

We are deeply grateful to our tea community. Your trust, curiosity, and appreciation for our teas have made these twelve years truly meaningful.

[12th Anniversary] 1970’s Shou Puerh Brick 200g

Origin: Raw puerh tea from Yunnan, China.

Aged shou puerh from the 1970’s is highly sought after its deep, complex flavors and smooth, mellow character. During this era, shou puerh production was relatively new, as the post fermentation process(wo dui) was only developed in the early 1970’s. Aged shou puerh from the 1970’s is renowned for its exceptionally rich, smooth and deeply earthy character. Over the decades, the tea has developed a complexity that includes flavors like damp forest, aged wood, medicinal herbs, and subtle hints of sweetness such as dried dates. The texture of the liquor is thick and creamy.

Origin: Hand-picked Balhyocha from Hadong, Korea.
Tasting Note: Milk chocolate, savory, raw sugar

Hadong Hwang Cha is a Korean semi oxidized tea. It’s almost like a lighter black tea but very delicate. The farmer only makes tea once a year in the early spring, when he believes the leaves are at the best condition. He takes a lot of care when he process his tea and you can really tell by looking at the leaves as well.

Origin: Oolong from Natou, Taiwan.
Tasting Note: High oxidation, malty, baked fruits

Red Water Oolong is a very charming and opulent tea. It requires several infusion to reveal the different layers of aroma and taste. This tea starts with honey aroma, followed by the taste of baked fruits with hints of plum, and finishes with slightly floral and maltose sweetness.

Tasting Note: Lily, dried fruit, caramel

Boseong Black Tea is from one of our favorite Korean tea farmers who also made our Boseong Green Tea. This tea is using the same leaves that used for Boseong Green tea but picked at the later of the season. This black tea has very nice aroma and so soft on the tongue. This is definitely among one of the best black teas we have tried.

Tasting Note: Macadamia nut, orchid, green peas

Boseong Green Tea is a Korean tea from a sustainable farm hand-picked in early spring. This process of picking only the fine, young leaves early in spring is called, Sejak 세작. It produces delicate but incredibly rich tea. Sweet and oily with notes of macadamia nuts, orchids, and sweet green peas, we are proud to offer Boseong as our first Korean green tea.
